SalonInteractive<\/a>, an eCommerce and marketing platform for the beauty industry, unveiled the first of its kind Key Industry Metrics (KIM) report<\/a>\u00a0at the\u00a0Professional Beauty Association<\/a>\u2019s Executive Summit <\/a>on November 11-12, 2024. The KIM report anonymously aggregates key industry metrics from a diverse range of beauty professionals through SalonInteractive\u2019s strategic industry partnerships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Salon Point of Sale (POS), distributors, and brands are collaborating in an unprecedented way to forge a path for the betterment of the future of the salon industry,\u201d said SalonInteractive Founder and CEO Jim Bower. By responsibly collecting data across various platforms and managing key metrics in collaboration with POS partners, SalonInteractive\u2019s objective is to enhance the salon industry. Using ethical data practice and safety measures, the KIM report offers subscribers metrics such as average revenue per salon, average service tickets, number of products sold, unique clients and client visits, number of services and color services, and average number of staff. These key industry metrics aid in understanding trends and economic cycles that can spark needed innovation in the beauty space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
